• Multiple Investment Partners GB (“MIPGB) directors, staff and
Business Partners shall only introduce new products to IFAs and shall
at no time make, or attempt to make, a sale or give advice to clients.

• MIPGB directors, staff and Business Partners shall maintain objective,
professional standards and ensure that the legitimate interests of the
IFAs and their client(s) are paramount in any recommendations given.

• All MIPGB directors, staff and Business Partners will ensure that any
privileged information from an IFA or the client(s) of an IFA, or other
relevant source in the course of an assignment, is kept confidential in
the absence of any public duty or legal obligation to disclose that
information.

• All persons being requested to give information to clients, whether as a
Business Partner or member of MIPGB staff, shall first ensure they are
able to route that request through a properly trained and regularly
updated IFA in order that they may impart sound, unbiased and
effective information.

• It is a pre-requisite of becoming a Business Partner with MIPGB that all
participants will operate their business in a legal and professional
manner at all times.

• All Business Partners hereby provide MIPGB with an ongoing
undertaking to accept and abide by this Code of Practice for the benefit
of all concerned and for the duration of their contract with MIPGB.
