You need to be a practicing IFA, regulated by the Financial Services Authority, in order to give advice and sell life settlement investment products to the public - but you do not need to be regulated to show these and other products to IFAs or networks across the UK, who will then use their compliance departments to approve and their IFAs to sell the products to their clients, if they so choose.
