Following initial registration, your status will be held in our records as a personal user, until such time as we receive payment of the Business Partner application fee and the completed contract (for those wishing to become sole trader Business Partners of MIPGB) or wish to register as an IFA or as a sophisticated investor. Upon receipt of the duly completed contract and correct payment, if applicable, your status will be changed to that of Business Partner allowing, at that time, access to the back-office systems of the Multiple Investment Partners Website and the CRM system.

Classifications:

Sophisticated investors and high net worth individuals (“HNWI”), IFAs and persons seriously wishing to develop a business as an MIPGB business development manager are permitted to access this site for the purpose of gaining information regarding the products contained herein. In order to fall within these classifications, however, you need to confirm that you meet at least one of the following criteria and, in effect, “self-certify” that you;

• earn a minimum of £100,000 per year; or
• have net assets (excluding your property) of at least £250,000; or
• have been a member of a business angels network for at least six months; or
• have made at least one investment in an unlisted security in the previous two years; or
• have worked in a professional capacity in the provision of finance to small- or medium-sized businesses in the last two years or in the provision of private equity; or
• wish to develop a business as a business development manager with MIPGB; or
• are, or have been within the last two years, a director of a company with a turnover of at least £1m.

Failure to meet at least one of the above criteria means that you are not permitted to proceed with registration into this website. Any person(s) found to have accessed this website without proper authority will be deemed to have committed a fraudulent application and MIPGB, its directors and staff, cannot be held responsible in any way for losses or misrepresentations resulting from fraudulent access onto this site.
By gaining entry to the Multiple Investment Partners Website website you confirm that you fall within one of the above classifications.

If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with, or go on to abuse, these requirements in any way, we may, at our discretion, cancel your access to the registration areas of Multiple Investment Partners Website immediately and without giving you any advance notice.

2. Termination of Registration
